Water and Sewer
The Town of Minto has the responsibility of water and sewer in the urban areas of the Town of Minto. Connection policies are outlined in By-law #2016-23. Residential metered rates for water and sewer for urban households are billed on a bi-monthly basis as per Schedule "I".
