Tannery Park

Nestled in Harriston’s downtown, Tannery Park lies directly over top of the Maitland River. Its features include historic murals, flower beds, and a grass-lined path at the rear of the park.

Cenotaph Park Playground

Cenotaph park located on the corner of Allan St. W. and Clark St. N. features a small pavilion, playground and basketball court; great for hosting a special event or family gathering.

Drew Community Centre Pavilion

The pavilion is an excellent space for outdoor events, with access indoor washrooms with flush toilets, and a partial kitchen.

Rotary Park Pavilion

Located next to a soccer pitch and ball diamond, the Rotary Park Pavilion has several picnic tables, washrooms, and even a small playground making it an ideal spot to host a large family gathering or community barbeque.

Lawrence Park Pavilion

The Lawrence Park Pavilion is located in Palmerston with a small diamond used for t-ball, and younger age groups nearby. Also located next to the pavilion are washrooms, canteen, and playground. Lawrence Park is a great location for family gatherings.

Harriston Pavilion

Located next to the Harriston-Minto Community Complex (Harriston Arena) and Harriston Ball Diamond, the pavilion is great for hosting a large outdoor special event such as a family reunion or barbeque that may include a baseball game.

Barb Wright Pavilion

Located off of Yonge St. beside the Barb Wright Ball Diamond. Soccer pitches, other ball diamonds, and a playground are nearby. It is adjacent to the Palmerston Arena. Great for family gatherings that may include a ball game or soccer game.

Lions Park Pavilion

Located in the heart of Palmerston Lions Heritage Park behind the Palmerston Pool & Splash Pad and across the tracks from the Palmerston Train Museum, the Lions Park Pavilion is great for hosting large special events such as a family reunion or barbeque.

Medical Centre Playground

Small fenced-in playground located on the corner of John St. and Arthur St.

Kinsmen Playground

Nice playground with various features beside the Harriston Kinsmen Pool.

Old Rotary Park

Next to the highway, the Old Rotary Park runs along Park Street. Its pavilion and meditation circle are separated by a covered wooden bridge over the local creek.

Lawrence Park Playground

The Lawrence Park baseball diamond located in Palmerston is a small diamond used for t-ball, and younger age groups. Located next to the diamond is a small pavilion, washrooms, concession booth and playground. Lawrence Park is a great location for family gatherings.

Lions Park Playground

Drew Community Centre

This community centre provides access to a two-level hall with a kitchen, chairs and tables, and washrooms, as well as a park and pavilion, with a refrigerator, sink, running water, washrooms, and a maintained ball diamond with lighting available. All facilities are wheelchair accessible except the lower level of the hall.
