2026 Asphalt Resurfacing of 3rd Line

Please be advised that the Town of Minto will be undertaking resurfacing operations on 3rd Line, between Wellington Road 5 and Highway 23.

Construction is scheduled to commence on Monday, July 20, 2026, and is anticipated to be completed by July 31, 2026. 

To safely facilitate the work, 3rd Line will be closed to through traffic for the duration of construction. Local traffic access only will be permitted within the construction limits. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and should expect delays in the area. Access to residences, farms, and properties located within the work zone will be maintained whenever possible; however, temporary access restrictions may occur during paving activities. Property owners affected by short-term disruptions will be accommodated as construction operations permit.

The Town of Minto appreciates the patience and cooperation of residents, landowners, and motorists during these important road improvement works.
