STRATEGIC PLAN COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
The Town of Minto is seeking the community’s input into a new Town Strategic Plan which will help to guide and define the Town’s direction for Council and staff for this term of Council (2022-2026). The MGA Group – McQueen Galloway Associates have been hired by the Town to help develop our Strategic Plan and they will be hosting Community Information Drop-in Sessions to gather your input:
COMMUNITY INFORMATION DROP-IN SESSIONS
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 24, 2024 – Times as follows:
- Clifford Community Hall, 2 William Street North – 12:00pm to 2:00pm
- Harriston Arena, 111 George Street South – 3:00pm to 5:00pm
- Palmerston Arena, 520 Cavan Street – 6:00pm to 8:00pm
At the Information Sessions, panel boards will be displayed with DRAFT Strategic Goals, Priorities and Actions developed by Council and staff through several facilitated working sessions by the MGA Group.
MGA Group & Town representatives will be present to chat with you about the proposed Strategic Plan and provide you with an opportunity to write your comments, suggestions, ideas, and help identify the key priorities for the Town in the coming years.

If you are unable to attend one of the drop-in sessions, we invite you to visit the Town of Minto website at www.town.minto.on.ca/government/strategic-plan-engagement to review the DRAFT Strategic Goals, Priorities and Actions and provide your feedback between January 24th to January 26th.
