Additional Information about Venue: 

• Basic liability insurance coverage is included in the hourly rate. A certificate of insurance will be included with your room rental agreement. Renters may be required to pay additional fees, including music licensing, alcohol licensing, additional insurance coverage, or a refundable damage deposit. Alcohol is not permitted during library open hours.
• The Clifford Branch does not offer rentals outside of library hours.
